The 2020 Summer Olympics, officially the Games of the XXXII Olympiad and branded as Tokyo 2020, was an international multi-sport event held from 23 July to 8 August 2021 in Tokyo, Japan, with some preliminary events that began on 21 July.
Supporting our long standing friends at BBC Sport and Dega, we delivered, installed and were on hand to support their on-site teams throughout this huge project. Prepared by our broadcast engineer Paul Coombs and delivered to Salford, the solutions were the work of much planning, meetings and discussions and careful configuration by our Lead and Senior Solutions Experts.
